If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
You may request a return or refund within 72 hours (3 days) after the item has been delivered.
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
Be unused and unopened
Be undamaged and not broken
Be returned in its original packaging
Be in the same condition in which it was sent to you
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Provide your order number, name, and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
We cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Damaged or altered items
Items returned without original packaging
Food, spices, tea, or edible products that have been opened
Gift cards or promotional items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
